Important Information
โ Full Address Required
A complete address, including ZIP code, must be provided for both pickup and drop-off for your reservation to be valid.
โ Concert & Sport Venues
Services to concert and sport venues must be booked by the hour. Parking fees are the passengerโs responsibility.
โ International Meet & Greet Service
A $45 fee applies to all international flight pickups.
โ Extra Stops
Additional stops (scheduled or unscheduled) of up to 10 minutes en route to pickup/drop-off will be charged at $25 each.
โ Vehicle Selection
You must select a vehicle suitable for your passenger count and luggage capacity. Reservations exceeding the vehicleโs capacity will be canceled on-site.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
โ Special Events
For concerts, conferences, and large gatherings, cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 72 hours prior to pickup. Some major events may require 96 hours advance notice. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after these timeframes.
โ Hourly Charters โ Regular Events (All Vehicles)
Cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
โ One-Way Transfers โ Standard Sedan / Executive SUV
Cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
โ One-Way Transfers โ Premium BMW / Cadillac Escalade / Sprinter Van
Cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
โ Long Distance Trips
(Over 40 miles from Miami or Fort Lauderdale Airports)
Cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
